The Master’s program has been designed to meet the educational needs of nurse leaders who are committed to playing a significant role in the advanced and specialized professional nursing practice. The Master’s program prepares graduates to utilize advanced knowledge of nursing practice, theory, research, and leadership as educators, administrators, or master clinicians in various environments where health care is provided.
The Ph.D. program ensures graduates to be ready for assuming leadership roles in academia, professional nursing organizations, health service systems, and other health-related enterprises through continuing creation, clarification, and refinement of nursing knowledge. The Ph.D. program prepares expert nurse scientists capable of developing new knowledge to support and advance nursing practice.
