The deadline for Korean law understanding education has been brought forward to June 17th.
한국법령 이해교육 마감일을 6월 17일로 앞당겼습니다.

As you know, the deadline for applying for the foreign scholarship is by June 30th.
아시다시피, 외국인 장학금 신청 마감일이 6월 30일까지입니다.

Therefore, in order to expedite the issuance of the certificate of completion for the Korean Law understanding Education, the date has been brought forward to June 17.
따라서, 한국법령 이해교육의 이수증을 빠르게 발급할 수 있도록 6월 17일로 앞당겼습니다.

Students who have not yet took the education, please take it by June 17th.
아직 수강하지 않은 학생은 6월 17일까지 수강해주세요.

The certificates of completion can be issued starting June 18th.
이수증은 6월 18일부터 발급 가능합니다.

Students who have not yet uploaded the quiz file or revised wrong answers, please do by June 17th.
아직 퀴즈 파일을 올리지 않았거나, 틀린 문제를 수정하지 않은 학생들은 6월 17일 전까지 해주세요.

Students who do not upload the quiz file or revise wrong answers will not be able to issue the certificates of completion.
퀴즈 파일을 올리지 않거나, 틀린 문제를 수정하지 않은 학생은 이수증 발급 불가능합니다.

Since June 18th, you will no longer be able to take the Korean law understanding education.
6월 18일부터는 한국법령 이해교육을 들을 수 없습니다.

KUGS students should take “Understanding Korean Laws and Regulations Education” to apply for scholarships.
장학금을 신청하기 위해서는 반드시 한국 법령 이해교육을 이수해야 합니다.

Also, we will give out a coffee gift card for students who complete the satisfaction survey (expected July) through a draw.
또한, 만족도 조사에 참여해주신 분들 중 추첨을 통해 커피 기프티콘을 드립니다.

교육 이수 방법에 대해 알려드리고자 합니다.

1. Education period : March 22nd ~ June 17th
교육 기간 : 3월 22일 ~ 6월 17일
* Scholarship applicants should take it every semesters.
장학금 지원자는 매 학기마다 해당 교육을 들어야 합니다.
*If the answers are incorrect, it may be processed as incomplete.
틀린 정답을 고를 시, 이수 불가능합니다.

2. How (방법)
1) Access ‘Kuchive’ (kuchive.korea.ac.kr) and log in.
쿠카이브에 접속한 후, 로그인합니다.

2) Click ‘프로그램’ → Click ‘교내프로그램 신청’ → Search for "Understanding Korean Laws and Regulations Education"
 ‘프로그램’ 클릭 → ‘교내프로그램 신청’ 클릭 → ‘외국인 대학원생을 위한 한국범죄예방교육’ 검색

3) Download ‘Guide (안내사항) and Quiz (퀴즈)’ attached files → Click ‘신청’ → Watch the video (About 30 minutes) → Submit the Quiz file on Kuchive
‘Guide (안내사항) and Quiz (퀴즈)’ 첨부파일을 다운로드 → ‘신청’ 클릭 → 영상 시청하기 (약 30분 소요) → 쿠카이브에 퀴즈 파일을 제출

3. Confirmation of Course Completion (교육 이수확인증)
1) Access ‘Kuchive’ (kuchive.korea.ac.kr) and log in.
쿠카이브에 접속한 후, 로그인 합니다.
2) Click ‘증명서발급’
화면에 보이는 ‘증명서발급’을 클릭하세요.

3) Date of issuance: from June 18th
발급 가능 날짜: 6월 18일부터
