□ Eligibility
ㅇ Korean and international graduate students currently enrolled at the Seoul Campus and affiliated with the BK21 program
ㅇ Individuals capable of performing job-specific tasks as outlined in the job descriptions
ㅇ Applicants who will reside in Korea during the entire period of the activity
ㅇ Language requirements: Advanced English proficiency and intermediate Korean proficiency
ㅇ Preferred qualifications:
1) Prior experience or relevant academic background related to the role
2) Availability to participate for more than one semester
□ Activity Period: April 30, 2025 – June 12, 2025
□ Number of Positions Available (Total: 7)
ㅇ Sports Club: 1
ㅇ Buddy Club: 2
ㅇ Research & Career Club: 2
ㅇ Video Creator: 1
ㅇ Editor: 1
□ Role-Specific Tasks
ㅇ Common Tasks:
1) Weekly meetings and preparation of meeting minutes (meeting stipend provided)
2) Mandatory participation in all meetings, events, orientation sessions, mid-term reviews, and the final presentation
3) Preparation of planning reports and post-event reports
ㅇ Sports Club: Plan and manage sports-related events
ㅇ Buddy Club: Organize social networking events and semester-end parties
ㅇ Research & Career Club: Plan and coordinate career talks with alumni
ㅇ Video Creator: Film I-GPS events, KU SOUL TOUR, student interviews, Ko-Yeon Games (Fall semester only), and Lab to Life (Fall semester only); produce videos for YouTube and Instagram
ㅇ Editor: Create Korean and English subtitles, structure video content, design event posters and promotional materials, and proofread in both Korean and English

- Format: Free-form
- Content: Event planning, estimated budget, expected number of participants, on-campus venue, etc.
ㅇ Selection Process: Document Submission → Screening → Notification to Shortlisted Candidates → Online Interview (via Zoom)
ㅇ Interview Schedule: April 25, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (via Zoom)
*Individual invitations will be sent via email
**Each interview will be approximately 5 minutes long
ㅇ Final Announcement of Selected Candidates: April 28

ㅇ Scholarships will be awarded based on evaluation results:
KRW 1,500,000 (Grade A) > KRW 1,200,000 (Grade B) > KRW 900,000 (Grade C)
*Evaluations will consider participation, reports, peer reviews, etc
