[KUGS] RSVP for watching the 2023 Koyonjeon games (closed)

KUGS OIH hosts a group viewing of the 2023 KoYonJeon games for International Graduate students.
* September 8th: Baseball game in Mokdong baseball stadium - First 12 person (선착순 12명)
- Individually go to the Mokdong Baseball Stadium. *Meeting point and time to be announced later
* September 9th: Rugby and Soccer game in Goyang Sports Complex - First 35 person (선착순 35명)
- Transfer by one-way group bus, lunch provided
- On the day of the event, You have to come to the graduate school library by 8:30 a.m.
* We are preparing the Supporter Package for the 2023 KoYonJeon.
- Those who have confirmed the application have to receive it within the period below. *1 package per person
- Date and time: 2023.09.06 (Wed) - 09.08 (Fri) 9:00 - 17:00 *except 12:00 - 13:00
- Pick up location: Room 126B, Graduate Library, Korea University Anam Campus
1. After a first-come-first-served basis, 3 applicants will be provided with a waiting number.
2. If you wish to cancel your application for personal reasons, please contact us by mail by noon on Thursday, August 31st.
3. Please submit the application form after paying the reservation deposit.
