Graduate Student Customized Career Development Program Overview
To enhance graduate students’ competencies and career development, the program is designed and operated based on each academic stage—entry (adjustment), enrollment (maturation), and graduation (transition to society)—offering both curricular and extracurricular programs including career pathways.

The program is structured into three areas based on career maturity levels—self-understanding, information acquisition, and skill enhancement—allowing students to engage in customized career development activities.
