2. Requirements
  - Current and completed graduate students participating in the BK21 project
  - At least 5 hours a week and stay in Korea during the program
  - Ability to perform job description for each task
  - Fluent in English, both oral and written
  - Preferring field work experience and intermediate in Korean, both oral and written

3. Position
- 1 video creator
- 2 editors
- 1 Public Relations
- 4 Event Planner & Management

4. Activity period and tasks
a. Period: April 15 - July 14
b. Activities:
1) Event planning and operation for foreign graduate students
2) Work on promotional brochures for foreign graduate students
3) Production of KUGS OIH promotional video
4) Preparation and conduct of events held by KUGS OIH

5. Application process
  a. Period: March 25 - April 5 by 23:00
  b. Complete the attached application form 
  c. Submit it through KUchive
  d. Procedure: Document submission > Document review > Video interview
  e. Interview schedule : April 11, April 12
                               - Individual emails will be sent to those who pass the document.
  f. Orientation meeting : April 15
                                 - Location : Central Library(Graduate School)

6. Participation benefits
- Issuance of a certificate under the name of the head of the Graduate School Innovation Division (Upon completion)
- Scholarship of up to 3 million won
* Amount of scholarship will be determined after individual evaluation based on activity participation
