□ Orientation: July 3

□ Activity Plan Submission Deadline: July 9

□ Activity Period: July 3 ~ August 23

□ Midterm Check: July 30, July 31
  - Conducted via Zoom

□ Results Presentation: August 22, August 23
  - Conducted via Zoom

□ Final Report and Presentation Materials Submission Deadline: August 23

□ Application for Completion Scholarship: September 2 ~ September 13
  - Eligible after completing the language exchange program for three or more sessions
  - Team Leader: 400,000 KRW, Team Member: 300,000 KRW

□ Notes:
  - Schedule may be subject to change.
  - All announcements will be made via email.
  - Not eligible to apply for TOEIC, TOEFL, TEPS and so on like license books or E-books.
  - Students who discontinued past language exchange programs without notice, lost contact, or received low peer evaluations will not be selected.
  - Report to graduateOIH@korea.ac.kr for students with discontinued contact, droup out, or low participation rates during activities.

Program Application > Team Matching > Books Application > Pick up from Graduate School Office > Activity Plan Submission > Language Exchange Activities (minimum 7 sessions), Midterm Check > Final Presentation (including 1-minute speech)
