We are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the 2025-2 Language Exchange Program.
Please refer to the details below and submit your application by the deadline.
□ Eligibility
Current graduate students (Korean and international) enrolled at Korea University, Seoul Campus
□ Application Period
By June 29, 23:30

□ Orientation
- Date: July 4
- The orientation video will be uploaded to Naver Drive.

- All participants are required to watch the video, as it provides essential information about the program.
□ Submission Deadline for Activity Plan
- By July 6

□ Program Period
July 4 – August 5
□ Biweekly Report Submission: The date will be announced later
- The MS Form URL will be provided via email.
□ Mid-term Check (Choose one session)
- In-person meetings
□ Submission Deadline for Final Presentation Materials (PPT)
- By August 3

□ Final Presentation (Choose one date)

□ Certificate Request Period
- August 4 – August 7 (Deadlines will be strictly observed)

□ Scholarship Application Period
- August 8 – August 10 (Deadlines will be strictly observed)
- Available for students who have completed the program for three consecutive terms: “2024-4,” “2025-1” and “2025-2”
- Team leader: KRW 400,000 / Team member: KRW 300,000
- Submit certificates of completion and applicant information to: GraduateOIH@korea.ac.kr
- Ineligible students: undergraduate students, exchange students, GKS/KGSP scholars, research-registered master's students in their 7th semester or above, 9th semester or above for general research students, or 13th semester or above for integrated master's and PhD students
- Please note: Copying previous reports, submitting the same content across reports, or submitting duplicate content from previous terms will disqualify applicants from scholarship eligibility and result in permanent disqualification from future participation.

- Program schedule is subject to change.
- All announcements will be made via email.
- Applicants who previously dropped out without notice, were unresponsive, or received low peer evaluations will be excluded from selection.
- During the program, if a participant is unresponsive, withdraws without notice, or shows poor participation, please report it to: GraduateOIH@korea.ac.kr
