1. Date : February 25, 2026 (Wed) 10:00 am
2. Venue : Inchon Memorial Hall
3. Format : in-person event (live streaming on YouTube)
※ Representative degree recipients selected from each university will participate on-site, and
detailed instructions will be provided by each university.
※ If you are not a representatives of degree recipients or graduate yourself, you may be guided
to the second floor of the venue, and admission may be restricted for safety reasons if there is
overcrowding.
4. Additional Notes
- For details about the issuance of graduation certificate, please refer to the attached guide.
* Student must pick it up in person with their student ID or a valid photo ID.

* If your gown has not been returned, you will not be allowed to receive your diploma or
any other certificates issued by the university in the future.
- The official degree conferral date is Wednesday, February 25, 2026, and this date will appear on
diplomas and certificates. * Graduation day : Feb 25, 2026
- Due to potential parking congestion on the day of the ceremony, we recommend using public
transportation.
