Self-Discovery Small Group Coaching

 

< Please note that the program will be held in Korean. >

 

 

■ Eligibility: Graduate students at Korea Univ. Seoul Campus (current students and those who have completed their coursework are eligible)

 

■ Program Format

 1. (Preliminary Assessment) After applying for the program, pick up the strength assessment book (Room 124, Central Library (Graduate School)) and complete the individual strength assessment using the assessment code included in the book.

   *The book must be returned by Sep 11(Fri) after completing the strength assessment.

 

 2. (First Round of Small-Group Coaching) Based on the strengths assessment results, participate in small-group coaching sessions to interpret top strengths, explore career paths, and set career goals.

   *After the small-group coaching concludes, select a schedule for the second round of in-depth 1:1 coaching on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

 3. (Personal Statement Writing) Write a personal statement that reflects your strengths and experiences, based on the results of the strengths assessment and the content covered in small-group coaching

 

 4. (Second Round of 1:1 In-Depth Coaching) Based on the personal statement you’ve written, receive personalized feedback on how to effectively convey your strengths and refine the content to improve the overall quality of your personal statement

  * Participation in the second one-on-one advanced coaching session is also mandatory. Participants who fail to attend without prior notice may be restricted from participating in future extracurricular programs offered by the Graduate School Innovation Team.
