Recruitment for 2026-2 Academic Mentoring Program

The Academic mentoring program for international graduate students entering in Fall 2026 is coming!

Please find the key details below:
 
1.  Eligibility:
○Mentors: Graduate students from Korea University Seoul Campus who are fluent in English
○Mentees: International graduate students entering in Fall 2026


2. How to apply? (for both Mentor and Mentee)
Complete and submite the Ms forms below:

3. Participants: 10 mentors, 20 mentees
 
4. Program Period:  Until December 31, 2026
 
5. Participant benefits:
○Mentors: Max. up to KRW 3,000,000 scholarship
○ Mentees: Academic guidance, daily life assistance, etc.

• Application Period: Sep 8, 2026 (Tue) – Sep 18, 2026 (Fri)
  • Online application via MS Forms (Mentors / Mentees 
• Mentor Interview: Sep 22, 2026 (Tue)
  • English interview via Zoom (Mentors only)
• Selection Announcement: Sep 23, 2026 (Wed)
  • Results sent via individual email
• Orientation: Sep 28, 2026 (Mon)
  • Online orientation via Zoom
• Mentoring Activity Period: Sep 28, 2026 – Dec 31, 2026
• Mid-term Progress Check: Oct 2026
  • Submit progress report (Mentors & Mentees)
• Final Report & Survey: Dec 2026
  • Final report submission (Mentors)
  • Satisfaction survey (Mentors & Mentees; results reflect on future mentor re-selection)
