Korean Language Examination
All international students are required to take the Korean language exam for degree dissertations.
Date of Examination:
★ Spring - First Saturday of March
★ Fall - First Saturday of September
Korean Language Examination Exception Guidelines
★ There are three ways to be exempt from Korean Language Examination.
1) Completing Korean Language course(s) at the Korean Language Center (Level 2 or higher, or completion of a course that is designed specifically to qualify for graduation)
2) TOPIK Level 4 or above
3) Graduation certificate for a university located in Korea
For options 2 and 3, students must upload their scanned documents on KUPID during the designated application period for the exemption of foreign language exam.
